“Thank you for all your support. Great job!”
- Emeril Lagasse

“I was thrilled with how the chef/author event turned out and most credit goes to you and the fabulous display! I really appreciate your help and support.
- Deanna Rose, Atlantic Dairy Council

“That was the most unorganized food (television) segment I’ve ever been roped into. You handled the situation with astonishing aplomb and professionalism. The food looked fabulous (even for throw-together canned food recipes). The table decorations were stunning and you were the hardest working man in show business all day!”
- David Joachim, cookbook author

“You did a masterful job of making my recipes look irresistible. I remember every detail, from the upside-down enamelware pan the brownies sat on (and the way you arranged them in a checkerboard) to the fabulous fabrics, the wire rack for the turtle cookies, the perfectly gorgeous deep bowl of full color, fried corn … I was happy, surrounded by the beauty and love you put into your work on my behalf.”
- Karyl Bannister, cookbook author and editor
